تناولت ورشة العمل المحاور الاتيه:

1. OSCE Overview: Understand the role and structure of OSCEs in clinical skills assessment.

2. Blueprinting: Align stations with curriculum objectives and competencies.

3. Station Design Steps: Follow a structured approach to creating OSCE stations.

4. Writing Instructions: Craft clear, concise tasks for students, SPs, and examiners.

5. Logistics & Setup: Organize circuits, timing, space, and materials.

6. Checklist & Rating Scales: Develop objective, reliable tools for assessment.

7. Scoring & Feedback: Ensure reliable scoring and provide meaningful feedback.

8. Common Pitfalls: Identify and avoid frequent mistakes in OSCE design.

9. Examples: The workshop included many practical examples to clearly demonstrate each step.
