Prof. Dr. Tamer Abul-Saad, Acting Dean of the Faculty and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hospitals and Medical Centers, and Prof. Dr. Ashraf Talaat Abdel-Samad, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Damietta University, signed a cooperation protocol between the Faculty of Medicine. Mansoura University and the Faculty of Medicine, Damietta University, in preparation for submission to the Faculty Council and the University Council. The two parties agreed on the need to establish twinning between the two colleges to provide distinguished medical care for the citizens Damietta and the neighboring governorates, by preparing and qualifying medical staff and considering the medical problems in the two governorates as the research plan for the two colleges. The two parties also agreed on the necessity of exchanging experiences in all medical fields and holding workshops to discuss bilateral and societal problems in both governorates.
