The Department of Anatomical Pathology, Faculty of Medicine – Mansoura University, is recognized as one of the leading and well-established departments, combining a legacy of excellence with continuous advancement. It serves as a cornerstone in disease diagnosis, particularly in oncology, through the application of advanced techniques in histopathological and cytological analysis, including immunohistochemistry, start of applying digital pathology, and artificial intelligence–assisted image analysis of some cases. The Department also actively contributes to the preparation of highly qualified medical professionals by continuously developing its academic programs in alignment with international standards.
