🔖 On Wednesday, November 26, 2025:
Coordination was made for a visit by 23 male and female students from the first and second grades of the Official Distinguished Language School in Mansoura, to learn about the faculty of Medicine.
The visit included:

Visit Highlights:
🎗️ In the Skills Lab:
• Conducted by Dr. Thorya Ibrahim Hassan & Raba Zakaria Ahmed
• Demonstration of first aid, primary field assessment, recovery position, wound management, splinting, and handling convulsions.
🎗️ In the Anatomy Museum:
• Hosted by Dr. Abeer Nagaah & Hanady Hamed
• An introductory overview of the museum and the importance of anatomy
• Explanation of how different specimens are prepared and preserved
• Students explored museum specimens of different body parts and vital systems
🎗️ In the Experimental Research Center:
• Hosted by:
o Dr. Mona Wageeh El-Sherbiny
o Dr. Basma Fathy El-Gioushy
o Dr. Nehal Ibrahim Abdelfattah
o Dr. Basma Hamed Osman

• Introduction to the research center and its units
• Brief on the research activities of each unit
• Overview of the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Lab and its equipment
• Explanation of how chemical tests are performed on samples
🎗️ In the Stem Cell Center "Regenerative Medicine":
• Hosted by Dr. Mohamed Fathy El-Daw
o Explanatory presentation on the importance of umbilical cord stem cells
o Overview of experimental research conducted at the center using stem cells
o Explanation of their potential effectiveness as future treatments for many diseases
• Continued by Dr. Ibrahim Attia:
o Demonstration of DNA separation to identify genes causing various diseases
o Explanation of genetic structure analysis
