Intensive care unit
Established 2014 , The Neurosurgical ICU consists of 6 fully operating beds for pre and post
operative care .

THE INPATIENT DEPARTMENT
Two inpatient wards with capacity of 45 beds each serving patients with standard level of care

THE OUTPATIENT CLINICS
Located in the new medical centers , the outpatient department serve on average of 1114 patient
per month

It is highly specialized

2- paediatric Neurosurgery clinic
3- vascular and Endo vascular clinic
4- skull base surgery clinic
5- Neurooncology clinic

THE OPERATION ROOM
Two operating theatres located in main campus , equipped with standard Neurosurgical
equipments for cranial and spinal procedures , on average 15 - 20 cases are operated weekly.
The operating theatres has been equipped with
1-Ultrasonic aspirator CUSA for brain tumour surgery
2-neurosurgical high speed drill
3- A Stereotaxy frame system (CRW)
5-An intraoperative fluoroscopy (C-arm)
6- Neuro-endoscopy tower .
7-2 Neurosurgical microscopes (Leica OHX)
8-Intraoperative Ultrasound (Pk-medical)
9-Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM
