Honoring the members of the comprehensive development convoy "Bridges of Goodness 23"

Mansoura Faculty of Medicine participated in the ceremony honoring the members of the comprehensive development convoy "Bridges of Goodness 23," organized by the university under the presidency of Professor Dr. Sherif Khater, the University President, in appreciation of the dedicated efforts provided by the convoy to the residents of Halayeb, Shalateen, and Abu Ramad in the Red Sea Governorate.

       The event was attended by Professor Dr. Ashraf Shoma, Dean of the Faculty, and Professor Dr. Ghada El-Kenishy, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, along with university and participating faculty leadership. The honoring came in recognition of the active role undertaken by the faculty members and the medical team of Mansoura Faculty of Medicine within the convoy, and the specialized medical services, free examinations and treatments, and training for medical personnel they provided, which contributed to supporting the healthcare system in the border areas.


     The pivotal role of Professor Dr. Ghada El-Kenishy, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine for Community Service and Environmental Development and head of the convoy's medical team, was also highlighted. In her speech, she appreciated the continuous support from the university presidency, stressing that this support greatly impacted the successful participation of Mansoura Faculty of Medicine and the implementation of an expanded package of therapeutic services and advanced medical examinations within the Shalateen Central Hospital, which met the needs of a large number of citizens.


      Mansoura Faculty of Medicine affirms that its participation in the "Bridges of Goodness 23" convoy falls within the framework of its societal and humanitarian mission and its national role in supporting the most needy groups, and in execution of the university's strategy aligned with Egypt's Vision 2030. This reflects the faculty's enduring commitment to serving society within Egypt and beyond its traditional geographical scope
