The Fifth Scientific Day of Clinical Pathology Laboratories at the Gastrointestinal Surgery Center at Mansoura Medicine

In support of ongoing scientific research, Prof. Dr. Hossam Zaghloul, Head of the Clinical Pathology Department at the Faculty, and Prof. Dr. Noha El-Mashad, Director of the Laboratory, organized the Fifth Scientific Day for Clinical Pathology Laboratories in the auditorium of the Digestive System Surgery Center on Monday, February 9, 2026.

Under the title

"Role of Gut Microbiota in Human Diseases" 

       The scientific program, presented through two intensive sessions, featured a series of high-quality lectures covering one of the most prominent interconnected modern medical issues; it focused on analyzing the biological impact of the gut microbiota on the course of various diseases, and its direct implications for the mechanisms of modern medical practice.
     The sessions witnessed fruitful interaction and constructive scientific discussions among the attendees, contributing to a vibrant environment for the exchange of scientific and practical expertise. Participants commended the high level of organization and the scientific content, which enhances research capabilities and clinical application in this evolving field.
