Meeting with Major General Tariq Marzouq, Governor of Dakahlia, Dr. Hisham Mohie Badr, Vice Chairman of the Unified Procurement Authority

Believing in supporting the state's efforts towards digital transformation and the development of the health system, Major General Tariq Marzouq, Governor of Dakahlia, received Dr. Hisham Mohy Badr, Vice Chairman of the Unified Procurement Authority, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Ashraf Shouma, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine in Mansoura, Prof. Dr. Al-Shaarawi Kamal, Executive Director of the University Hospitals, and a number of leaders of the health and financial sector in the governorate.

The meeting reviewed the mechanisms of modernizing the unified procurement system, supply, maintenance and customer service systems, in preparation for organizing a training workshop to enhance the efficiency of dealing with modern electronic systems, in a way that contributes to the governance of procedures and the improvement of the quality of health services.

Prof. Dr. Ashraf Shoma affirmed the full support of Mansoura University Hospitals for all development efforts and cooperation with the Unified Purchasing Authority and the Directorate of Health, in order to ensure the provision of medical supplies and improve the service provided to citizens, within the framework of achieving the goals of Egypt's Vision 2030.
