The association was established by Social Affairs Resolution No. 1298 of 2006. The association includes many faculty members and their assistants at Mansoura University, as well as senior businessmen in Dakahlia, who spare no effort to provide charitable services and aid for the happiness of burn patients and their families. Therefore, the center needs to combine all efforts to improve services and continuous giving.

The organization's goals:

• Providing material and in-kind support to burn patients and their families
• Providing specialized and advanced intensive care for cases of burns and disasters
• Organizing training courses for health care workers, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and technicians
• Organizing public educational sessions for the prevention of burns and methods of first aid
• Contribute to the establishment of the Burns and Plastic Surgery Center at Mansoura University, which will transfer patient care to the most distinguished with very high professionalism, such as skin transplantation and the Central Skin Bank
• Inventory of facilities that are exposed to disasters, such as homes, factories, oil wells, etc., while trying to help in prevention and treatment methods.
