Since the foundation of faculty of medicine at Mansoura university, obstetrics and gynecology department achieved a lot of progression and developments it’s capacity and the provided services.

1. Unit 1 at department 10 in the main building of MUH at it contains (29 inpatient beds)
   
   
2. Unit 2 at department 9 in the main building of MUH at it contains (32 inpatient beds)
   
   
3. Unit 3 at department 15 in the main building of MUH at it contains (26 inpatient beds)
   
   
4. Unit 4 at department 18 in the main building of MUH at it contains (25 inpatient beds)
   
   
5. Emergency department (For obstetric and gynecological emergencies). It is located at the ground floor in the main building of MUH. It contains 21 inpatient beds divides into evaluation clinic, ultrasound examination room, predelivery room, high risk pregnancy room, delivery room and post delivery room

6.  Out patient clinic at the ground floor in the new obstetrics and gynecology center. It Provides the service from Saturday till Wednesday weekly. It has a flow rate of 50-80 cases daily. It contains and office hysteroscopy room, early cancer detection clinic, obstetrics and gynecology general clinics, nephrology clinic, molar pregnancy clinic, urogynecology clinic and gynecological oncology clinic. All clinics are supplied by a recent ultrasound examination machine.
