Under the patronage of Prof Dr Ashraf Abdelbaset, President of Mansoura University and Prof Dr Ashraf Shouma, Dean of Mansoura Faculty of Medicine, the 10^th and 1^st International Mansoura Neurology Conference was held in November 3^rd-5^th, 2021.

MDCIN (Mansoura Debatable and Controversial Issues in Neurology) was the name of the conference, as it aimed at addressing the most recent controversial subjects in neurology in an unprecedented manner that appealed to all the attendees. Starting by intensive hands-on workshops in the first day provided by Mansoura Neurology Department staff members, the conference lasted for three days, with remarkable attendance of the most eminent neurology professors from all over Egypt, in addition to Professor Melinda Magyari from Denmark.
